Your waist size is where you will be wearing the Belt, simply measure by a measuring tape around your waist.
I need exact measuring tape size of your waist (where you will wear this Belt - I mean if you wear on belly).
IMPORTANT: Usually the Belt is worn over Tunic / Uniform so it important that you are wearing the tunic (which the Belt is to be worn over) and then measuring your waist size.
So its advisable to wear the tunic and measure around over it.
The Belt may be
adjusted 1.5 inches up and down
