    All vinyl, jointed at neck, shoulders, elbows, waist, knees, and hips.  Blue painted eyes with blue eye shadow, black upper and lower lashes and brown eyebrows.  Open/closed red painted mouth with teeth visible.  Imitation pearl earrings.  Blonde synthetic rooted hair.  Wearing a navy blue and white cheerleader bodysuit with a PennState logo and blue pleated knit skirt trimmed with white braid.  Also wearing white socks and white vinyl athletic shoes.  Includs one blue and one white pompom and a white vinyl hairbrush.
